Before rejoined InnovaCare Health in 2015 Penelope Kokkinides served with several other leading managed healthcare companies. She was the Executive Vice President and COO at Touchstone Health. While with AmeriChoice she was the Corporate Vice President for Care Management and Disease Management. Penelope has a B.S. degree from Binghamton University and is the holder of two master’s degrees. One from New York University in social work, and another in public health from Columbia and for good measure she has an advanced degree in alcohol and substance abuse. Penelope Kokkinides is a leading expert in government programs (Medicare and Medicaid).
